Physical inventory – such as our CarePrecise data disks – will be shipped. For most of our products we offer free shipping, and we use USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwaise stated. For products offering 2-day shipping, we will choose the most efficient method to achieve 2-day delivery to your address. Your satisfaction is crucial, and we will make every effort to get your products to you quickly and safely. Because all of our products are digital we do not offer refunds, as it would be exceptionally easy to keep a copy of the product and then request a refund.
Virtual Inventory (downloads)
Virtual products, such as studies, software and other publications, are currently not ordinarily shipped.* If you have difficulty downloading a product, simply try again; every purchase is permitted multiple download attempts during a 7-day period. You may want to wait for a lower-traffic period of time on your network. To start a download, click the My Account link at the top of the NPIdentify Store window, and select the relevant order by clicking the oreder's "view" button. Then click the "download" button that you will see gently throbbing in blue and white on your screen. Because all of our products are digital, we do not offer refunds, as it would be exceptionally easy to keep a copy of the product and then request a refund.
NOTE ON UPGRADES: If you upgrade from an NPIdentify Desktop state directory to a CarePrecise Access state directory, the full price of your NPIdentify purchase ($19.95) can be applied to your CarePrecise Access purchase. Some other upgrade paths also permit application of your original purchase price, less a digital products exchange fee, to a CarePrecise Access purchase. Contact us for details.
