We offer a fee-based Premium Support program for users who need detailed assistance in installing or using our NPIdentify and CarePrecise products. Premium Support is available in a five (5) support contact package, good through a 12-month period from the date of purchase. To purchase Premium Support with additional support incidents, increase the quantity of your order in the Add to Cart box below. You will receive 5 support contacts per quantity of 1 (i.e., a quantity of 3 receives 15 contact).

Premium Support Members receive a support email address, and support requests will be handled as quickly as possible by a technician. Our objective is to respond within one business day. Premium support is limited to issues regarding download and installation of the product, acquisition and merging of updates, basic data output, and basic CSV import issues. For more advanced issues, see our Advanced Technical Support program.

NOTE: Premium Support may not be necessary for issues in using NPIdentify Desktop State Provider Directories, since the software is designed to be exceptionally user-friendly, and can be installed by anyone with even the most basic computer skills.
