The NPIdentify.com web site and all of its materials and components are the copyright protected property of NPIdentify. NPIdentify grants non-exclusive license to users to use this property in a manner consistent with the Conditions of Use and the terms and policies here noted, provided that the user does not copy for reuse or repurposing any of these properties, or seek to reverse engineer any of the same for any reason, and, the user does not diminish, delete, make addition or otherwise alter the properties in any way including but not limited to efforts to obtain passwords or access to restricted areas, or efforts to spam web forms or to obtain email addresses or URLs for the purpose of spamming as defined by the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act or for any other marketing purposes not related to the healthcare mission, or efforts to effect the speed, efficiency, accuracy or effectiveness of operation of the site(s) through denial of service attacks or other means. The venue of criminal and/or civil legal relief will be the sole choice of NPIdentify or as determined by applicable law in the State of Oklahoma, Tulsa County, the state of the infraction, or by applicable law of the relevant country, whichever provides penalties most severe. Notice is hereby given that NPIdentify seeks to secure its webspace through various means and the user understands and agrees that any attempt to defeat any security measures taken by or on behalf of NPIdentify shall be considered a breach of these Conditions of Use, and that any such breach constitutes material damage to NPIdentify for which NPIdentify is entitled to seek remedy.
The user understands and agrees that NPIdentify is not responsible for any occurence that may result from the use of these properties, and further, the holds NPIdentify harmless of any affect or impact on equipment, software or systems as may be occasioned in relation to use of the properties, and NPIdentify is in no way liable for costs or other damages as may result to these or for any loss of income or productivity occasioned in relation to the use of the properties.
Should any court or statute determine any portion of these Conditions of Use to be for any reason unenforceable, the user agrees that the remainder shall remain in force and enforceable.

Users of software obtained through NPIdentify.com and other webspaces belonging to NPIdentify agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA) relevant to the specific product(s) obtained.
